About Me
Building and Design
Ever since I was very young, I loved to build things. Starting small with Legos and Lincoln Logs, all the way to what I do now with sheet metal, computers, and woodworking. When I was 17, I decided to buy my first desktop computer system for $300. It was okay, could run games better than my laptop at least. Over the years I took that PC and began learning each small detail of every part of it as I would upgrade it to where it is now. It sits proudly finished, beautifully lit and decorated, and one of the most useful tools and sources of entertainment I own.

Another more complex handiwork hobby that I got into just over a year ago is firearms. Since I became interested, I have followed the same philosophy as with my computer, researching specific parts and learning how to assemble and fit them together one at a time as I upgrade and add to the cheap Armalite rifle I purchased when I turned 19.
Both of my biggest hobbies may be expensive and time consuming, but I suppose I should have something fun to spend my time and money on to keep me from wasting my life away on my phone.
Finances
I have struggled a lit with finances, ever since I was just old enough to enter the workforce. Mostly fueled by my lack of knowledge and experience, and coupled by my inability to commit to a full-time job, money has always been a rollercoaster of stability. I have always worked part time jobs in entry level positions, mostly for small businesses that give me a lot ofo good practice and experience, but nothing that can be well translated or written on a resume because of them being small businesses that are a bit more relaxed and personal between the owners and employees.
Luckily I was able to start shifting that issue into my favor by joining the Army as an aircraft repairman, which gives me certifications in many things such as sheet metal, fiberglass, and even carbon fiber repair, as well as a lot of pracical experience repairing aircraft and in leadership positions given to us by our instructors. Sadly, with school still in session, I am unable to persue careers that could get use from someone with my skills because I lack the availability and my location is less than ideal. Hopefully that will change when I am able to graduate, and for now I am working on finding a stable income to help push me through alongside my eduation.
